Terms of Service

Sizzle is a digital tool that generates marketing content. It is not an advertising agency and does not run, place, buy or manage ads on your behalf. It does not manage any ad accounts. We make no promise or guarantee of any reach, impressions, clicks, engagement, conversions, sales, revenue or return on investment. Results depend entirely on your product, market and how you use the outputs.

Sizzle turns a product brief into marketing content: hook copy, captions, ad visuals, storyboards and sizzle-reels, exportable as a Campaign Pack. Features vary by plan (Spark, Ignite, Blaze). The service is an online-only digital subscription; there are no physical goods, shipping or in-person services.

You must be able to form a binding contract. The service is not for anyone under 13. Users aged 13–17 must have verifiable parental or guardian consent. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Your use must follow our Acceptable Use Policy, including the prohibitions on false or misleading advertising, restricted categories, and impersonation of third-party brands or people.

You keep ownership of assets you upload. Rights in generated outputs are governed by the Content License. You are solely responsible for reviewing every output for accuracy, legality and platform compliance before you publish it.

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in USD via our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the current paid period. Project quotas reset each cycle and do not roll over. Refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Outputs are AI-generated creative drafts and may contain errors or inaccuracies, as described in the AI Disclaimer. They are provided for your review and editing, not as finished, verified or approved advertising.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss arising from your published content. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or where required by law. You may close your account at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. Contact: support@sizzonli.shop.
