Content License

You keep all ownership of product images, logos and brand assets you upload. You grant SIZZLE ONLINE LTD a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store and transform those assets solely to generate content for you and to operate the service. Uploaded source files are cleared by default within 30 days of processing.

Subject to your plan being in good standing, commercial rights to the marketing assets you generate belong to you as a paying subscriber. On the free Spark plan, exports are watermarked and intended for evaluation. Generated content is provided as creative drafts for your review.

You confirm you have the rights to any asset you upload and that your use of generated content complies with the Acceptable Use Policy— including no impersonation of third-party brands, no use of others' trademarks, and no unauthorised use of a person's name or likeness.

We may process anonymised, non-identifying signals to monitor and improve output quality and safety. We do not use your inputs, uploads or outputs to train foundation AI models, and we do not claim ownership of your brand or your generated assets.

Because outputs are AI-generated, similar content may be produced for other users, and legal protection for purely AI-generated works varies by country. Review every asset for originality and rights before publishing. See the AI Disclaimer.
